How many photos do i get?

 we do not promise a set amount of images every event is different, base on the number of hours you choose, event of the day etc. but you will get all the photos taken at your event edited and delivered to you.

should i have an engagement session before the wedding?

Engagement Sessions Are Included In Some Of Our Packages, However If Your Package Doesn’t Come With One An You Like To Do One We Will Schedule One For You, This Is A Great Opportunity To Build A Rapport With Your Photographer Or Videographer Also To Get Comfortable Infront The Camera, Engagement Sessions Also Provide A Chance To Create Beautiful Images Or Video That Can Be Use For Save-The-Date-Cards, Weddings Invitation Or Decorations.

can i provide a list of shots i wish to be taken or specific requests for my wedding day?

Yes You Can! It’s Important To Communicate Your Preferences, Specific Needs And Requests To Your Photographer/Videographer, They Will Work With You To Understand Your Vision And Ideas To Incorporate It While Maintaining Their Artistic Style And Expertise.

can i print and share the photos/video?

Yes You Can!Once You Receive The Final Photographs Or Video, The Photographs Will Be In High Resolution Digital Format That Allows You To Print, Share And Cherish Forever, We Also Offer An Online Viewing And Printing Gallery Where You Can Download Your Files And Print Any Size Photo You Wish.
 

will i get drone video footage on my wedding day?

 yes you will. we always try to get drone footage on the day of the wedding, base on the package.  the only reason we would not get drone footage is if it’s bad weather, a restricted area, or faulty drone.

can i get the raw video footage?

we do not give our clients the raw video footage, that’s why we have full edited video package. but if you would like to get the raw video files we would provide it to you but at an extra cost.

can i add extra hours after booking with you?

Yes You Can! If You Would Like To Add Extra Hours On The Package Surely You Can.

can we pick the music?

yes you can. we welcome your input during the editing and filming process so please feel free to send your ideas. for music choice, we have libraries to choose from and you’re welcome to take a look and choose a song that you like.

how much is the deposit?

The deposit is 20% of the total package.

how long until i receive the final product?

the final product will be ready in 3-4 weeks. sometimes sooner depends on the work load.

what’s the best time you recommend to do a session?

inside shooting can be done anytime, but for outdoor the two best time is early morning from 7-10am and in the afternoon from 4-7pm
